Gym is the place where men and women tend to come for reducing some extra pounds or have some extra packs. There are some of the common mistakes men do while doing workouts at gym.
Some people who used to visit are on a mission to reduce 60 to 70 pounds while others seems to come for social gathering. They rarely spend twenty minutes while gossiping for an hour or so. You need to be serious enough while at gym. Sloppy form while having workouts, ineffective exercises, and bad habits may not lead to fruitful results.
