Once the applicant fulfills the requirements for application procedure for student visa austria, the university will inform the applicant about  the entrance examination to be taken for study in Austria.

According to visa procedure for international students from non EU countries, the following documents need to be submitted at the Austrian embassy like the duly attested and completed application form, passport, passport photograph, birth certificate, copy of health insurance from the beginning to the end of the course, notification of admission from the university, proof of financial funds including accommodation, maintenance and cost of study,  proof of accommodation and proof of entrance exam notification.

In Austria it is mandatory to register with the municipal authorities within the first three working days of entering the country.

Upon submitting the application candidates are also required to submit a copy of their passport. Original passports would only be required for  the purpose of authentication. The embassy has the reserve right for asking any other authentication. Incomplete applications would not be accepted. Visa processing depends upon the nationality of the candidate. All regulations consular fees or services are subject to change without any prior notice.
