What they wore: A strapless, striped, wide-legged jumpsuit from Chanel's spring 2013 collection.

When they wore it: As you'll recall, Cyrus trotted out the jumpsuit at the opening of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation's Seacrest Studios at Children's Hospital of Orange County in Orange, California, on March 22. Smith took her turn in the design at an event for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking in L.A. on May 9.
How they styled it: Cyrus sported her usual superstyled bleached-blond 'do, a gold choker, and a slick of red lipstick. Her competition worked the jumpsuit with a cropped jacket, a black choker, a blond wig, and a black hat similar to the one worn by Debbie Gibson in the '80s and Demi Lovato in recent years.

Judge's scorecard: This time around, Cyrus has the advantage, simply because she's wearing less stuff. Smith's wild-wig-and-hat combo is just too much. At the same time, Cyrus's choice of bright hair and makeup paired with the wide stripes is almost too similar to a clown costume.
