Spanish handset manufacturer, Geeksphone has started selling the first smartphones running on the new Firefox smartphone software, and seems to have already sold out of devices.
The phones are only being offered as developer models to companies looking to write apps for the new smartphone OS.
The two handsets being offered are based on a 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and support WCDMA and GSM networks. The screen is a 3.5-inch multtouch display and they come with 512MB of RAM and a 4GB ROM.
However, there are questions on the company's own website forum asking if the two handsets have already sold out as some purchasers have received odd messages, and this was later confirmed by a forum administrator.
