Shahid Afridi to Participate in 1st May PTI Jalsa in Karachi

Karachi: Shahid Afridi has phoned PTI Chairman Imran Khan and told him about his political future plan. Shahid Afridi also told Imran Khan that he will join PTI Karachi Jalsa. Shahid Afridi also congratulated Imran Khan for successful launch of Election 2013 campaign, Private media reported. On other hand, Imran Khan expressed thanks to Afridi. Some unreliable blogs reported that that Boom Boom Afridi is going to join Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) but it’s not looking possible due to some barriers from PCB.

Though there are rare chances that Afridi will announce to join PTI due to PCB contract, his support will give more bounce in PTI Voters. In last few days, Afridi did some big political things. First Shahid Afridi Met Nawaz Sharif which created panic in PTI fans. Later Shahid Afridi had to clarify that he visited PML-N Chief place just for grief of Nawaz’s brother.

Not only had this but Afridi also openly supported an Independent Candidate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Shahid Afridi also addressed with Public gathering. Afridi support for Independent Candidate also hurt many political parties who are contesting from NA-46. There is no comment has been released from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on this issue.
