Imran Khan fell from forklift during the election campaign in Lahore and was admitted to Shaukat Khanum Hospital and was released on 22nd May after two weeks. Imran was advised bed rest for few more days and Imran also didn’t attended oath taking session of National Assembly.
“His (Imran) recovery is slower than expected and he will be taken to London for a medical checkup,” Leading English newspaper website quoted Imran Khan’s close friend. the doctors team is who is taking care of Imran Khan will also accompany him during his visit to London. The slow recovery has caused doctors to advise Imran to go to London for further checkups.
PTI leader Shireen Mazari while commenting on this said: “I’ve no information about his [Imran Khan] traveling abroad for a medical checkup,”
 Now Imran Khan on his official twitter account has clarified that he is not going abroad for medical treatment.
