ISLAMABAD: Former president Pervez Musharraf has stopped his counsels from further arguing in the treason case, Geo News reported.

SC three-member bench headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja resumed the hearing of the petitions seeking trial of Pervez Musharraf for treason on Wednesday here.

Pervez Musharraf’s counsel, Ibrahim Satti during the hearing apprised the apex court of his client’s decision of stopping his counsels from further arguing.

Ibrahim Satti further said that if needed, arguments would be submitted in writing. He said no further arguments would be given instead the summary of his arguments along with those of Ahmad Raza Kasuri would be jotted down before the court.

SC hearing of the case is still in progress. .
